Golden Tours have the most with 11 languages. Big Bus have an audio guide with 5 languages. Tootbus no longer offer the range of languages it once used to now audio is either in English or French. The price is similar to the 1-day tour but many people really value having a live guide if English is a language they speak fluently. Golden Tours are the only company to offer at least one live guide (in English) service, however this is not hop off, hop on but rather a 90 min non-stop tour.
